Legal · Opt out
Exercise your right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information under US state privacy laws.

TL;DR
We don't sell your personal information for money. We may “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising — for example, allowing analytics or ad partners to use cookies that recognize you across sites. Under CCPA and similar US state laws, this counts as a “sale or sharing,” and you have the right to opt out.
You can designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may ask for written permission and proof of identity to verify the request.
GDPR uses a consent model rather than an opt-out model: we don't use advertising cookies or share data with ad partners without your explicit consent in the first place. You can withdraw consent any time via the cookie banner or by emailing privacy@pumela.com. See the Privacy Policy for full GDPR rights.
We will not deny goods or services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service because you opted out. Pricing and benefits remain the same whether or not you opt out.
This page is a working template. Final language — especially CCPA, GPC handling, and GDPR consent equivalence — must be reviewed by counsel before going live to customers.
