Shipping Policy
Where Pumela ships, how long it takes, and what it costs.

TL;DR
- Every Pumela piece is made at our overseas factory and shipped to the US, EU, and UK.
- Free shipping inside the US. EU & UK customers pay a calculated international shipping fee at checkout.
- Lead time before dispatch: 7–14 days while we build your order at the overseas factory.
- International delivery once shipped — US: 3–5 weeks · EU & UK: 6–8 weeks.
- Carrier: FedEx International, with tracking sent the moment your order leaves the facility.
- Customs duties / VAT are calculated at checkout where supported, so the price you see is what you pay.
- If anything arrives damaged, we replace it 100% on us. Zero extra cost.
Where we ship
Every Pumela piece is built at our overseas factory and shipped internationally to:
- United States (all 50 states + DC)
- European Union member states
- United Kingdom
We don't ship outside these regions yet. If you're elsewhere and would love to order, drop us a line at support@pumela.com — we'll let you know when we expand.

Customs, duties & VAT
Because every Pumela order ships internationally from our overseas factory, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your destination:
- United States: Duties (where applicable under current de minimis / Section 321 rules) are handled by us as the importer of record. You pay the order total at checkout, nothing extra at delivery.
- EU & UK: VAT and import duties are collected at checkout (Delivered Duty Paid) wherever the destination supports it. If your country isn't covered by DDP, the carrier will collect the local VAT/duty on delivery — we'll flag this clearly before you pay.
- All customs paperwork (commercial invoice, HS codes) is prepared on our end. You don't need to file anything.
Lead time
Every piece is built to order at our overseas factory. 7–14 days from order date to dispatch — that's production + quality check + packing. You'll receive an email the day it ships, with your FedEx International tracking number.
Delivery timeframes
Once dispatched from our overseas facility, expected delivery windows are:

These are estimates, not guarantees — international customs can add a few days. The tracking link in your shipping email is always the most accurate read.
Carrier
Pumela ships every order via FedEx International with end-to-end tracking from our overseas facility to your door. We'll email you the tracking link the moment your order leaves. Larger pieces ship on FedEx International freight where Home Delivery isn't the right fit; the carrier will contact you to schedule final-mile delivery.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged — torn packaging, broken parts, anything off — that's 100% on us.
- Email support@pumela.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number.
- We'll send a replacement at no extra cost. No return shipping charge, no restocking fee, no questions.
- If a replacement isn't possible (e.g. discontinued), we issue a full refund to your original payment method.
